Abstract:
To provide a heat-sensitive recording body which has high coloring sensitivity and excellent transparency.
The heat-sensitive recording body having a heat-sensitive color-developing layer containing a composite particle of a plastic and a dye precursor a developer on a support is characterized in that resin in the composite particle is a polymerization reaction product obtained at least making a castor oil based polyol as a polymerization composition. The castor oil based polyol is desirably at least one kind selected from polyols having the number of a functional group (terminal hydroxyl group) of one or three.
