To provide a heat shrink tubular label improved so as to be safely used even if a state such as falling occurs, and so as to achieve easy opening performance.
The heat shrink tubular label has a heat shrink base film 1 having a right end and a left end. The right end and the left end are superposed so that the heat shrink base film 1 forms a tube. A superposition part 2 is fused with a sealing solvent. A pair of first perforations 3 are continuously formed in a vertical direction of the heat shrink base film 1. A pair of second perforations 4a, 4b are partly formed at an upper end side and/or a lower end side so as to sandwich the first perforations 3 from both sides along the pair of the first perforations. In the pair of the second perforations 4a, 4b, one perforation and the other perforation are formed to alternately advance like a foot step in a slot. Either of one perforation and the other perforation comes to an upper end and/or a lower end of the heat shrink base film.
