Heat transfer parts 12, 12... extended from the base plate 11 to a side same with the radiation fins 21, 21... are extended vertically to the base plate 11. The heat transfer parts 12, 12... are extended such that a plurality of the heat transfer parts are arranged in a ring shape at an approximate center part of the base plate 11.
