To provide a heat storage heater at a reduced production cost, improved in heat storage property with no heat storage material bleeding.
The heat storage heater has the following construction: an adsorbent 13 is furnished around a heater 11 and impregnated with a heat storage material, and a sheath 16 is furnished therearound. Specifically, in this heat storage heater, paraffins of phase-change latent-heat type are adopted as the heat storage material, an interlaced fiber assembly is adopted as the adsorbent 13, and the impregnating mass of the heat storage material based on the adsorbent layer 13 is 69-93% of the maximum impregnating mass. More specifically, the heater 11 is furnished with a silicone rubber electrical insulation layer 12, the adsorbent 13 is formed on the layer 12, a sealing layer 15 is either directly or indirectly formed thereon, and the sheath 16 is furnished thereon further.
