This fin 13 of the fin tube-type heat exchanger 10 is provided with elliptic hill-shaped first raised portion 14A and second raised portion 14B, and equivalent diameters of the first raised portion 14A and the second raised portion 14B are more than an outer diameter of the heat transfer tube 12 when observed from the extending direction of the heat transfer tube 12. Nearly V-shaped first cut portion 17A and second cut portion 17B are respectively formed on windward sides of the first raised portion 14A and the second raised portion 14B. A center of the heat transfer tube 12 is positioned on each of the extensions of the first cut portion 17A and the second cut portion 17B when observed from the extending direction of the heat transfer tube 12.
