In this heat transfer pipe 1 for the oven rack type vaporizer comprising the sacrificial anode coating layer 3 by thermal spraying, on its surface, a thickness of the sacrificial anode coating layer 3 is 300 μm to 800 μm, an average roughness Ra of an interface between the sacrificial anode coating layer 3 and a heat transfer base pipe 2 is 0.1 μm to 50 μm, and the maximum roughness of the same is 10 μm to 200 μm.
