Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus and a heat treatment method capable of suppressing a temperature distribution during cooling.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the heat treatment apparatus and the heat treatment method which suppress a temperature distribution during cooling. The heat treatment method includes a cooling process of cooling a heated object to be treated using a mist-like cooling liquid and performs heat treatment by alternately repeating a first step (K1) of cooling the object to be treated at a first mist density and a second step (K2) of cooling the object to be treated at a second mist density lower than the first mist density.
