Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to calculate accurately a temperature around a toilet seat using toilet seat temperature detection means without installing a sensor dedicated for detection of a room temperature.SOLUTION: A heated toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat 200; heating means 210 heating the toilet seat 200; toilet seat temperature detection means 220 detecting a temperature of the toilet seat 200; and a controller 410 controlling energization to the heating means 210. The controller 410 turns off energization to the heating means 210 and calculates a temperature drop speed of the toilet seat 200 after turning off, on the basis of a detection result of the toilet seat temperature detection means 220, calculates, from the calculation result, a temperature around the toilet seat 200, and controls the energization to the heating means 210.
