Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immersion device which, even when a large number of dishes are immersed in washing water, can suppress the large number of dishes are transported in an overlapped manner extensively.SOLUTION: The immersion device 1 includes at least: an immersion tank 2 in which dishes are immersed in washing water L1; a plurality of nozzles 4, 4,... which guide the dished immersed in the washing water L1 by forming a water flow F in the washing water in the immersion tank 2; a belt conveyor 3 which places on a belt 31 the dishes guided by the plurality of nozzles 4, 4,... and transports the dishes from the immersion tank 2; and a transportation volume restricting device 5 which restricts the transportation volume of the dishes in transit in a state placed on the belt 31.
