Title:
HEATER CONTROLLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5965322
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To avoid a sudden drop of power supply voltage, by having a slight shift of timing for lighting when plural heaters are lit at a time. CONSTITUTION:Heaters 2 and 5 of a copying machine, etc. are connected to a power supply 1 via switching means 3 and 6, and the means 3 and 6 are driven by transistors TR Q1 and Q2 to light the heaters 2 and 5. For the lighting timing of these heaters 2 and 5, the heater 2 is lit at a time point T1 immediately after the TRQ1 is turned on and when a lighting signal S3 is supplied. While the heater 5 is lit at a time point T2 with a delay equivalent to the time constant obtained by a resistance R and a capacitor C since a delay circuit 8 is added to the TRQ2. Therefore, a slight shift is produced for timing of lighting between both heaters 2 and 5. This prevents a sudden drop of power supply voltage which is due to the lighting of those heaters.
