Abstract:
To obtain irradiation characteristics as required over the entire length of a heating element.SOLUTION: A heater 1 includes an arc tube 2, a heating element 30, and a reflection film 100. The arc tube 2 has a cylindrical shape and transmits infrared light. The heating element 30 is arranged inside the arc tube 2. The heating element 30 has a conductor that is spirally wound closely and extends in the length direction of the arc tube 2. The reflection film 100 is provided on the outer surface of the arc tube 2, is arranged at least near one end in the length direction of the arc tube 2, and reflects infrared light to the inside of the arc tube 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
