Abstract:
To provide a heater that can extend the life.SOLUTION: A heater according to the embodiment includes a tubular portion, and a coil that is provided in the tubular portion, and extending along a tube axis of the tubular portion, a sealing portion provided at the ends on both sides of the tubular portion, a conductive portion provided inside each of the sealing portions, a leg whose one end is electrically connected to the conductive portion and the other end is electrically connected to the coil in each of the sealing portions, and at lease one lead whose one end is electrically connected to the conductive portion and the other end is exposed from the sealing portion in each of the sealing portions. The conductive portion has a first portion having a film-like shape and a second portion having a film-like shape and facing the first portion via a buffering portion. One end of the leg and one end of the lead are provided between the first portion and the second portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
