To provide a heating bag used by wearing between the skin and underwear, capable of efficiently transmitting heat of the heating bag to the body, and holding stable heat generating characteristics without giving coldness immediately after the heating bag is applied, pain in removing the heating bag, or an itch or a rash at an applied part, without causing falling-off of the heating bag from the applied part even when perspiring, or generating uncomfortableness by perspiring, and a application method thereof.
This heating bag is of such a structure that comprises one surface having air permeability, and an adhesion part, and the other surface without having an adhesive part, and of such a constitution that the surface having air permeability and having the adhesive part is applied to the inner side of underwear, while the surface without having an adhesive part is brought into contact with the skin. The heating bag of this constitution is used between the skin and underwear, with the surface having air permeability and adhesiveness applied to the inner side of underwear, and the other surface in contact with the skin.
