The heating blower includes a fan for blowing air and a motor M for driving the fan, a heating part H heating the air made to flow by the fan, a detecting part N detecting voltage or current with which the motor is energized, and a control part C performing duty control of the power supplied to the heating part according to the result of detection of the detecting part.
