PURPOSE: To avert the erroneous judgement of the cooking course on the high temperature start, by detecting the temperature rise ratio from immediately after the start of heating if the temperature is in a rising tendency, while from the lowest point of temperature in case of descent tendency.
CONSTITUTION: The variation quantity immediately after the start of heating is detected on step ST1. In ST2, each temperature rise rate in the first and the second set temperature region is detected. In ST3, the baking cooking or boiling cooking is judged according to the fact that the temperature rise ratio and the detected temperature exceed the second set temperature within a prescribed time. If the baking cooking is judged, the heating up to the third set temperature is carried out in ST4, and a material feed information sound is outputted, and the baking cooking is carried out. When the fourth set temperature lower than the third set temperature is detected, the transition to the boiling cooking from the baking cooking is judged in ST5. In ST4 and ST5, the temperature lowering rate from the third set temperature to the fourth set temperature is detected, and the quantity of the supplied contents is judged from the temperature lowering rate, and in ST6, the heater control in the boiling cooking is carried out according to the quantity of the contents.
