To provide a heating cooker for greatly reducing oily smoke discharged to the outside.
The heating cooker comprises a cooking chamber 1 having a suction port 5 and a blow-out port 6, a cooked object plate 7 on which a cooked object is placed, a tray 4 for receiving oily smoke components from the cooked object 8, a heating means 2 for heating circulated air, a blowing means 3 for sucking air from the cooking chamber 1 through its suction port 5, feeding the air to the heating means 2 and blowing the air from the blow-out port 6 into the cooling chamber 1 so as to circulate in the cooking chamber 1, and an oily smoke restricting plate 9 arranged on the tray for restricting the evaporation of the oily smoke components dropping from the cooked object 8 to the tray 4. Thus, the oily smoke restricting plate 9 suppresses the temperature rise of the tray 4 to restrict the evaporation of the oily smoke components from the tray 4, reducing the discharge of the oily smoke to the outside.
