Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of suppressing hygienic and safety problems.SOLUTION: The present application discloses a heating cooker comprising: a heating region in which a food item is heated; a blowout mechanism creating an upward air current between the heating region and an adjacent region adjacent to the heating region; an output unit outputting take-out information representing that the food item is taken out from the heating region; and a control unit controlling the blowout mechanism. The control unit switches a control mode over the blowout mechanism from a first control mode for creating the upward air current to a second control mode different from the first control mode in at least either a flow volume or an air direction of the upward air current depending on the take-out information.
