Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for preventing cold air leakage from the shaft of a louver motor.SOLUTION: A casing of an indoor unit is provided with an air suction port 4 and an air outlet 6. In the air outlet of an air conditioner in which an indoor heat exchanger and a blower fan are provided inside the indoor unit, a vertical wind direction plate 11 pivotally supported on the air outlet so as to be turnable for adjusting the wind direction in vertical directions is provided, and the right and left shaft ends of the vertical wind direction plate 11 are connected to a motor shaft 14 of a louver motor 13 fixed to the outside of the side wall 12 of a casing 2 forming the air outlet 6, via a through-hole 15 provided to the side wall 12, a cylindrical rib 16 is erected around the through-hole 15 on the inner side face of the side wall 12, and on the shaft end of the vertical wind direction plate 11 facing the rib 16, a double cylindrical portion 17 which doubly surrounds the inside and the outside of the rib 16 and is connected to the motor shaft 14 is integrally formed.
