Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of detecting temperature of water in a tank without being affected by attachment/detachment of the tank.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a cooking container; heating means for heating cooking food materials; exhaust air processing means 26 for storing a liquid medium 42 and for performing processing of the exhaust air exhausted from the cooking container; an air exhaustion path for conveying the exhaust air from the exhaust air processing means 26 to the downstream of the exhaust air processing means 26; and exhaust air transfer means 27 for transferring the exhaust air. Temperature detection means 52 is provided on the exhaust air downstream side. As the temperature of the exhaust air is detected by the temperature detection means 52, water temperature in a processing container 43 can be detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
