Abstract:
PURPOSE: To generate a high temperature by adopting a substance or ceramics containing a specific element as a heating element heated by irradiation of a microwave, and surrounding this heating element with a heat insulating material.
CONSTITUTION: A substance or ceramics containing B, Si, Ge, As, Sb and Te is arranged as a heating element 2 in a heat insulating space surrounded with a heat insulating body 1. When a microwave is irradiated to this heating element 2, the inside of the heat insulating space is heated to 1200°C or more by heating of the heating element 2. Therefore, this can be applied to vacuum evaporation of gold to a lead frame of an IC and heating, melting and baking of metal or the like.
