PURPOSE: To perform a clean fixing or drying of dye at a printed or a dyed fabric within a short period of time, save man-power in the art of food to prevent decolorization of color of raw material to enable an automatic cooking to be carried out and then to manufacture foods capable of being kept live for a long period of time by a method wherein an item to be heated is passed automatically within a micro-wave radiation device and within a far-infrared ray radiation device.

CONSTITUTION: A micro-wave radiation device 13 having openings at lower parts of front and rear end surfaces and a far-infrared ray radiation device 24 are arranged in a proper spaced-apart distance, and each of micro-wave traps 17, 18 for use in shielding the micro-wave is fixed to front and rear openings 14, 15 of the micro-wave radiation device 13, respectively. Then, a transferring belt 8 passes within the micro-wave radiation device 13 and within the far-infrared ray radiation device 24 through the opening 14 of the micro- wave radiation device 13 and further rotationally moves toward an opening 26 formed at a lower part of the front end of the far-infrared radiation device 24.
