Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generator cooling system compatible with liquid immersion methods.SOLUTION: A heat generator cooling system with a cooling device 5 operating in a pump cycle has an operation mode in which the cooling device 5 is put into a compression cycle when cooling liquid temperature is determined to no less than a predetermined temperature by a temperature determination device 11. In the pump cycle, cold heat is generated using outdoor heat. In the compression cycle, cold heat is generated by running a compressor 5A. As such, greater cold heat is generated in the compression cycle than in the pump cycle. Thus, power consumption of the heat generator cooling system can be reduced while sufficiently cooling ICT equipment by appropriately switching between the compression cycle and the pump cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
