Abstract:
To provide a heating furnace to effect a heat treatment with the temperature of a substance to be heated being directly measured.
In a state that the under surface of the substance 4 to be heated is supported by support bodies 3 in a furnace body 2, the substance 4 to be heated is heated by heaters 5a and 5b. A temperature sensor 8 having a sensor upper end part 8a being protruded to a position above a support body 3 with the substance 4 to be heated being not placed on the support body 3 and the sensor upper end part 8a bringing contact with the substance 4 to be heated by supporting the load of the substance 4 to be heated with the substance 4 to be heated being placed on the support body 3 is incorporated in a temperature sensor 8.
