Abstract:
To provide a heating furnace for improving the quality of an article with electronic components mounted thereon.
This heating furnace comprises a plurality of hot plates arranged in one row along a carrying passage, a carrying device to carry workpieces to be heated by successively placing the works on each hot plate, and a heating member to heat the works. A predetermined workpiece out of the workpieces is inclined. Since a void 14 formed in a solder 13 is discharged outside the solder 13, no article with any electronic components mounted thereon is formed while the void 14 is left behind. The quality of the article with electronic components mounted thereon is improved thereby.
