This heating method includes flowing alternating current to an induction heating coil, making a heat generator generate heat by induction heating, and sending the heat to a plant cultivation greenhouse or a drying chamber etc. with a blower to heat their insides. The heating apparatus by induction heating includes the induction heating coil, the heat generator which is coupled with the induction heating coil and generates heat through electromagnetic induction, and the blower for sending out heat generation from the heat generator. The heat generator is formed by attaching at least two heat generating plates to the base material thereof. The heating value of the heat generator is automatically controlled by adjusting current flowing in the induction heating coil by installing a current adjusting part for adjusting a current amount to be supplied to the induction heating coil, a temperature detector for detecting the temperature of a heated place, and a control part for controlling the current adjusting part based on environment temperature detected with the temperature detector and set temperature.
