To provide a new heating system for electric-powered vehicles which can warm passengers without consuming power of a battery for driving and can be utilized for an electric-powered wheel chair, an electric tricycle, and an electric-powered four-wheeler.

A heating system for electric-powered vehicles is provided on an electric-powered wheel chair. The electric-powered wheel chair can travel with power that is charged in a battery for driving by connecting a feeding outlet 10 to an outside power source and drives an electric motor. A heating circuit is connected in the middle of a feeding circuit joining the feeding outlet 10 and the battery for driving. The heating circuit is equipped with the first heating element 81 and the second heating element 82 which heat up by turning on electricity. The first thermal storage body 71 and the second thermal storage body 72 which accumulate heat by heating the heating bodies 81, 82 are placed on a seat cushion 4 and at a feet area.
