The heating system 100 is equipped with: a hot water storage tank 2 storing hot water, the heat pump system 1 heating hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank 2 and returning it to the hot water storage tank 2; a circulation circuit 4 circulating the hot water stored in the hot water storage tank 2 between the hot water storage tank 2 and a heating terminal 8; a circulating pump 48 changing a flow rate of the hot water supplied to the heating terminal 8; and a flow control means 63 for controlling the circulating pump 48 such that a first state of supplying hot water of a first flow rate to the heating terminal 8 and a second state of supplying hot water of a second flow rate higher than the first flow rate to the heating terminal 8 are alternately repeated.
