To provide a heating toilet seat apparatus that satisfies a rapid heating performance obligation while at the same time surely suppressing effects on a user by leakage of the magnetic flux outside the toilet seat.
The heating toilet seat apparatus is so configured that a metal layer 40 that suppresses penetration of the magnetic flux to the seating surface 103a side is provided in a body 10 of the toilet seat and an outside metal plate 20 and an inside metal plate 21 which suppress penetration of the magnetic flux to the side faces 101a, 102a at least in a direction in which a user entering the bathroom approaches are also provided in the same. A degree of suppressing penetration of the magnetic flux by the outside metal plate 20 and the inside metal plate 21 is larger than a degree of suppressing penetration of the magnetic flux by the metal layer 40. The heat capacities of the outside metal plate 20 and the inside metal plate 21 are larger than that of the metal layer 40. A resistive heating element 541 is provided in contact with the outside metal plate 20 and the inside metal plate 21.
