To provide a heating toilet seat device that can make the temperature of the seat surface of a toilet seat having a cushion part reach the target temperature without overshooting or can save energy.
The heating toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat having a heater, a cushion part provided between the heater and the seat surface, and a first temperature detection means that detects the temperature around the seat surface; and a control part that performs a first heating motion that energizes the heater so that the temperature detected by the first temperature detection means is risen to a set target temperature and performs a second heating motion that makes the temperature detected by the first temperature detection means approach the target temperature by energizing the heater based on the rising rate of the temperature detected by the first temperature detection means corresponding to the energization.
