To provide a heating toilet seat device that detects movement of a user who enters in a toilet room and can rise temperature of the toilet seat at the sitting point of time of the user to a comfortable temperature, even if the installation environment changes, while attempting to reduce the standby temperature to reduce power consumption of the heating toilet seat device.
The heating toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat; a heating part of the toilet seat; a door of the toilet room; a sensor part that detects the user that exists outside of the toilet room opening the door, and the user entering the toilet room by radio wave; a control part of the heating part and the sensor part; and a storage part that store the control information including the information used for the heating control of the toilet seat. The control part performs heating control of the toilet seat based on the approach time from at least when the sensor part detects opening of the door by the user until when detecting the user entering the toilet room, and the control part corrects the control information stored in the storage part based on the approach time that changes according to the change of the environment where the heating toilet seat is actually set up.
