Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a helical gear without generating an error of a tooth shape by preventing the generation of a twist residual stress of a blank.
SOLUTION: This is a helical gear formed with a plurality of lines of teeth 13 in a continuous spiral shape from a taper part 12 in the axial line direction, on an end part of the taper part 12 side of each tooth 13, a bulging part 14 being made in a projection in the opposite direction of the extending direction of the tooth 13 in the circumferential direction and being continued to the face 13C of the down side of the tooth 13 in the case of taking the taper part 12 upside is formed.
