Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practicable juicer which is capable of extracting the fruit juice without falling of seeds and the insanitation occurring in wetting of the fingers of the hands in the fruit juicer of hemispherical sudachi (Citrus sudachi Hort.et shirai), etc., without the need for exerting strong force and is practicable.
SOLUTION: This hemispherical fruit juicer has clamping rods 1 and 1 which are connected like scissors by means of a spring 6 and clamp a fruit A of aromatic acid citrus cut to a hemispherical shape and a disk 2 which is connected to one of the clamping rods 1 and on which the fruit A of the aromatic acid citrus cut to the hemispherical shape is placed between both clamping rods. At least the inner sides of the clamping rods 1 which come into contact with the fruit of the aromatic acid citrus are formed to the curved surfaces complying with the hemispherical surface of the citrus fruit. The disk 2 is bored with many small holes which drop the fruit juice but do not drop the seeds over approximately the entire surface thereof.
