Abstract:
To provide a hemoglobin measurement method using electrophoresis that has a simple and inexpensive structure, and speedily and accurately measures hemoglobin, particularly stabilized hemoglobin A1c that is used as an indicator for the diagnosis of diabetes.
The hemoglobin measurement system for measuring stabilized hemoglobin A1c using an electrophoresis method includes a micro device having a migration path having an inner surface immobilization-coated with a cationic functional group and buffer liquid previously filled into its inside, an analysis section for storing the micro device, a power supply section connected to the analysis section, and a detection section for detecting a material to be measured in the analysis section.
