A mesh 3 combining metal or synthetic resin fiber in a solid mesh shape is attached on an upper part of a motor part stator 2a of an inner circumference of a hermetic vessel 1 of the hermetic compressor, and refrigerator oil 4 in compressed refrigerant 5 passing through gaps at an outer circumference of the motor part stator 2a is made to adhere on the mesh 3 to separate the refrigerator oil 4 from the compressed refrigerant 5. The hermetic compressor of low refrigerator oil delivery quantity is provided thereby.
