To provide a fuel injection valve for an internal combustion engine injecting fuel at relatively low pressure capable of appropriately thinning film of injected fuel and capable of accelerating atomization of the injected fuel.
This fuel injection valve for the internal combustion engine is provided with a fuel injection hole 51 injecting fuel and a fuel impingement member 62 arranged to oppose to the fuel injection hole 51, and has the fuel impingement member 62 arranged closely to an output part of the fuel injection hole 51. In the fuel impingement member 62, another end part projects out of one end part supported at an outer circumference side of the fuel injection hole 51 in a direction crossing the fuel injection hole 51, and a width W of an impingement surface in a view from a direction of an axial line J1 of the fuel injection hole 51 is smaller than diameter d of the fuel injection hole 51.
