Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a therapeutic medicine for cerebral ischaemia containing a heterocyclic derivative including a new compound acting as an agonist in κ-opioid receptor. CONSTITUTION: This heterocyclic derivative is a new compound of formula I [RCO is an acyl containing a (substituted) carbon or heterocyclic aromatic ring; R1 and R2 form a 3-6C polymethylene or an alkenylene by bonding each other with a 1-6C alkyl; (p) is 1-4] or a compound of formula II, III, IV R3 CO is an acyl [R3 is a group of formula V (R4 is Br, NO2 or CF3 )] or VI [R5 and R6 form a (heteroatom-substituted) 2-6C polymethylene and an alkenylene by bonding each other with H, a 1-6C alkyl and alkenyl, a 1-6C cycloalkyl, etc.; with the proviso that R5 =R6 ≠H; Rx is a 1-6C alkyl or phenyl, or forms (CH2 )3 or (CH2 )4 by bonding with R5 ]. The heterocyclic derivative, its pharmaceutically permissible salt or its solvate is used for production of a therapeutic medicine for cerebral ischaemia.
