Abstract:
To provide a compound regulating the function of TRPV1 receptor, a TRPV1 receptor antagonist, and an agent for preventing and/or treating disease associated with the TRPV1 receptor, including pain.
The receptor (TRPV1 receptor) of capsaicin (8-methyl-N-vanilyl-6-nonanamide) of a main sharp taste component of cayenne is paid attention in the study corresponding to the mechanism of paining. There are provided the compound represented by formula (I) of the new receptor antagonist, the salt thereof, the solvate thereof, and a medicinal composition using them as an active ingredient.
