Abstract:
To provide a compound regulating the function of TRPV1 receptor, and to provide an agent for preventing or treating disease associated with the TRPV1 receptor, containing the derivative as an active ingredient.
There are provided the compound represented by formula (I) (wherein, m is 1 or 2; n is 0 or 1; R1 and R2 are each H or 1-2C alkyl, or forms a cyclic ring in combination with carbon atoms bonded to each; and a broken line, and α, β, 1 and 2 each represent a bonding position with the carbon atom on the ring), the salt thereof, the solvate thereof, and the medicinal composition containing them as active ingredients.
