Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means and a method for advantageously using a boundless three-dimensional space without using soil while saving water, as a substitute of a conventional style two-dimensional (2D) outdoor farming method, the three-dimensional farming by this invention focusing usage of three-dimensional efficiency by providing a tool, a system, and a method for a compaction of a vertical space necessary for producing food.SOLUTION: A high-density three-dimensional multilayer farming system is provided including a non-soil growth element for sustaining plant growth in a non-soil manner. In the system, at least one non-soil growth element including: at least one biomass storage structure; at least one biomass supply structure integrally connected with the biomass storage structure; and one connection part in communication with at least one supply source for sustaining the life of the biomass.
