Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heater with easy cleaning to enable to prevent a large sizing of the main body, to suppress the energy loss of high frequency wave and to heat the heated materials uniformly with a high efficiency.
SOLUTION: The high frequency heater consists of the main body with a heating chamber 1 in its inside equipped with a high frequency oscillator 3 on the one side and with the first feeding port 21 on a lateral plate 1a of the heating chamber 1, the first waveguide 22 connected to the first feeding port 21 and propagating high frequency wave from the high frequency oscillator 3 to the heating chamber 1, and a stage 23 equipped over the first feeding port 21 of the heating chamber 1 and forming the second waveguide 25 between a base plate 1b connected to the first waveguide 22, and the second feeding port 27 equipped on the stage 23 and radiating high frequency wave to the heating chamber 1.
