Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the danger of erroneously pulling of a wire more than needed and cutting a lesion at the time of tying the stem of the polyp, etc., with a front end loop part by slidably providing a guiding part with a regulating member for regulating the forward and backward movement of an operation slider so as to face the base end side of this slider.
CONSTITUTION: The base end of a flexible tube 2 having an electrical insulating characteristic is connected to the operation part 1. A snare wire 3 is freely insertably forward and backward into the bore part of the tube 2 in a front end direction from the base end. The operation part 1 consists of an operation part body 4 and the slider 5 and a hollow fixture 8 is fixed to the front end of this operation part part 4. The slider 5 which is fitted into the guiding parts 12a, 12b and slides movably forward and backward between the base end and the front end is disposed and a ring 9 which is slidable and has adequate sliding resistance is fitted onto the outer peripheries of a pair of the guiding parts 12a, 12b so as to face the base end of the slider 5. The operator is able to admit the retraction quantity of the front end loop part 6 from the spacing between the base end of the slider 5 and the front end face of the ring 9.
