Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a high-performance lubricating oil having excellent resistances to seizure and wear as compared with those of usual existing gear oils or hydraulic working fluids.
CONSTITUTION: This high performance lubricating oil is obtained by blending 60-80% paraffin-based mineral oil as a base oil with 20-24% phosphate-based compound group having a long-chain alkyl group without a remarkably good solubility in paraffin-based mineral oils as a phosphate-based extreme-pressure agent and 5-8% nonionic surfactant acting as a surface activating agent in order to improve the dispersibility and permeability.
