Title:
PREPARATION OF PHENIUM TRIOXIDE FINE PARTICLE AND PHENIUM TRIOXIDE FINE PARTICLE OBTAINED THEREBY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3956400
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject highly electroconductive fine particle having an ultrafine particle diameter, a low resistivity and an ultralow content of impurities by dissolving a prescribed heptavalent rhenium compound in an alcohol, water, etc., and carrying out specific treatment.
SOLUTION: One or more heptavalent rhenium compound such as rhenium heptoxide, perrhenic acid and ammonium perrhenate (e.g. Re2O7) is dissolved in one or more of an alcohol, a ketone, an amine and water (e.g. methanol, acetone or N,N-dimethylformamide) and the resultant mixture solution is then heated until the liquid content is mostly or wholly evaporated. The resultant rhenium trioxide fine particle, as necessary, is heat-treated at 200-250°C to reduce the resistance value. The obtained rhenium trioxide fine particle has ≤100nm particle diameter and ≤10-1Ω.cm resistivity.
