Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance shock absorber having a layer structure in which pseudo-hollow metallic spheres having high ratio of voids, excellent deforming performance and high strength are consecutively formed and the layer structure, and its producing method.
SOLUTION: In this producing method for the shock absorber having drastically high strength and high shock energy absorbing performance, metallic plates are specifically formed by a low pressure casting method or a die casting method by using a die for casting having a special shape and further, they are combined in reverse structure to produce the layer structure in which the pseudo-hollow metallic spheres are consecutively formed and they are layered.
