To easily form a thin film, and improve strength of the thin film of a solvent adding type, ion conductivity at a room temperature or less, workability, heat resistance and a large electric current characteristic by including one or more kinds of high polymers having a group of a poly or oligooxytetramethylene type in a cross-linking chain or a side chain and one or more kinds of electrolytes.
A group contained in a cross-linking chain and/or a side chain is expressed by formula I, and is desirably composed of a polymer containing one or more kinds of heat and/or active light beam polymerizing compounds having a group of the formula I and a polymerizing functional group of formula II formula III and one or more kinds of electrolyte salt. A carbonate type organic solvent and an alumina type inorganic oxide are desirably added, and composite electrolyte salt is selected from alkaline metal salt, quaternary ammonium salt and quaternary phosphonium salt. [In the formulas I, II, and III, (n) is an integer not less than 1; R1 to R4 are hydrogen and an alkyl group and/or an alkoxy group having the carbon number of 1 to 5; and R5 and R6 are hydrogen or an alkyl group; R7 is a bivalent group having the carbon number not more than 10; (x) is 0 or 1 to 10].
