To ensure the optimum pressure and filling amount and improve the workability by fixing a weighing cylinder which suctions chemical liquid into a cylinder and discharges it out of the cylinder on a frame of a high pressure filling device, arranging a guide plate on the frame of the device for reciprocal movement, and operating the weighing cylinder by a primary actuator at the same time.
A high pressure filling device 1 fixes a weighing cylinder 2 which suctions chemical liquid 9 and discharges it at constant pressure, a frame 6 of the device which fixes a cylinder of the weighing cylinder 2 in such a manner that it can be mounted and dismounted freely, and a plunger of the weighing cylinder 2 together and integrally in such a manner that they can be mounted and dismounted freely. It is provided with an air cylinder 4 which operates the weighing cylinder 2 together by reciprocating a guide plate 3 arranged in the frame 6 of the device in such a manner that it can slide freely in the direction of reciprocal movement of the plunger and a control part 5 which adjusts the operation of the air cylinder 4. Consequently, it is possible to correspond to changes of kind of chemical liquid 9 and filling amount by the exchange of them, use the device widely for various filling objects, and increase the general-purpose property at site.
