Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set and maintain a reaction condition and to realize and maintain a stable and safe high-pressure treating reaction by forming a passage to be incorporated into a reactor unit with a curved pipe and constituting a high-pressure line communicating the front with the rear of a series of pipes having almost the same inner diameter.
SOLUTION: A reactor unit 37 formed with a curved pipe 41 is arranged in plural stages to constitute a reactor 36. A hot-plate block 71 consisting of a couple of plate cartridge heaters 70 is incorporated as a heating unit 69 into each reactor unit 37. Meanwhile, a heat exchanger 35 and a cooler 38 are also formed with a series of the curved or bent pipes 41 having the same inner diameter, and the reactors are communicated and connected with a pipe having the same diameter. A material to be treated is allowed to flow through the passages formed by the respective curved pipes 41 of the reactor units 37 in the plural stages under turbulent conditions and subjected to the high-pressure treatments such as decomposition and synthesis.
