Abstract:
To provide a high sensitivity strain gauge hardly influenced by DC magnetic noise and having a simple and inexpensive circuit structure.
In this high sensitivity strain gauge formed of a material 2 having a stress impedance effect, the material 2 is formed in a circular loop shape on the surface of a base material 1 by bending both ends of the material 2, and both the end parts of the material 2 are insulated by an electric insulating layer 4. Accordingly, the influence of DC external magnetic filed can be cancelled without giving a differential structure or magnetic shield. The number of lead wires can be minimized, and the strain gauge circuit can be simplified to suppress the manufacturing cost.
