Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength galvanized steel sheet excellent in plating adhesion, processability, and fatigue resistant, and a manufacturing method of the steel sheet.SOLUTION: An oxidation treatment is performed for a steel sheet including C:0.3% or less, Si:0.1-2.5%, Mn:0.5-3.0%, and a rest of Fe and inevitable impurities. Then, a hot-dip treatment is performed after reduction annealing. In the oxidation treatment, in a front stage, the steel sheet is heated at 400-750°C in an atmosphere including an Oconcentration of 1000 volume ppm or more, an HO concentration of 1000 volume ppm or more, and in a latter stage, the steel sheet is heated at 600-850°C in an atmosphere including an Oconcentration of less than 1000 volume ppm, and an HO concentration of 1000 volume ppm or more. In the reduction annealing, the steel sheet is heated at 650-900°C in an atmosphere including an Hconcentration of 5-30 volume%, an HO concentration of 500-5000 volume ppm, and a rest of Nand inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: None
