To provide a high-viscous refined peach resin having no taste/no smell, and to provide a method for producing the high-viscous refined peach resin.
The high-viscous refined peach resin has no taste/no smell, and is obtained by making protease act on raw material sap solid in a state of dissolving in water so as to separate low-molecular impurities by adsorbing and separating dissolved smell components using activated carbon.
